# Groups API (deprecated)

## Use Audience terminology

The product resource is now called an **Audience**. Use the canonical [Audiences API](/docs/api/audiences) and `/api/v1/audiences` routes for all new integrations.

The former `/api/v1/groups` routes remain callable during the compatibility window. They return `Deprecation: true` and a `Link` header pointing to the canonical successor.
