# **Marketplace Partner Audiences**

Publish an Audience, keep it free, or sell it as a paid Marketplace add-on with partner payouts. Covers payout setup, Audience pricing, and tracking purchases.

Marketplace partner Audiences let creators and partners publish a public Audience in Minds and, when they want to monetize it, sell access as a Team add-on.

## What can be monetized

Only public Audiences can be managed from the Marketplace settings tab. A paid Audience does not need a verified badge. Verification is a separate trust and branding signal for curated or partner-provided listings.

If a public Audience has no saved price, it stays free. People can discover and use it like any other public Audience.

## Open the Marketplace tab

1. Create or open the Audience you want to publish.
2. Make the Audience public.
3. Open **Settings**.
4. Select **Marketplace**.

The Marketplace tab appears after your account owns at least one public Audience. If you do not see the tab, publish an Audience first.

## Set up payouts

The payout setup connects your partner profile to Stripe Connect.

1. Add or confirm your partner name.
2. Choose the country for the payout account.
3. Open the Stripe payout setup.
4. Complete the Stripe-hosted onboarding flow.

Stripe collects payout and verification details directly. Minds stores the connected account status so Marketplace purchases and partner revenue can be tracked in the app.

## Set an Audience price

Each public Audience can be free or paid.

| Setting | Result |
| --- | --- |
| No price saved | The public Audience is free. |
| Positive monthly seat price saved | The Audience is sold as a Team add-on. |
| Paid access disabled | The Audience returns to free public access. |

Paid Audience prices are monthly, per seat, and shown in the selected currency. Current Marketplace checkout is for Team subscriptions, with a minimum of 2 seats.

## Track purchases and payouts

The Marketplace tab shows the partner dashboard for your Audiences:

- Active purchases and quantities.
- Gross Marketplace revenue.
- Partner share, paid amount, and pending amount.
- Payout account status.
- A Stripe dashboard link when a connected account is available.

Revenue is recorded from paid Stripe invoices. When Stripe Connect is configured and the connected account can receive transfers, partner payouts are processed through Stripe.

## Troubleshooting

**No Marketplace tab:** publish at least one Audience first.

**Payout setup cannot be opened:** the platform Stripe account must have Connect enabled and configured for a marketplace model with hosted onboarding.

**No price is set:** the Audience is still public and free.

**The Audience is paid but not verified:** that is supported. Verification is optional unless a specific partner agreement requires it.

**Different commercial terms:** partner agreements can override the default self-serve Marketplace settings. Confirm bespoke pricing, revenue share, payout timing, and approval requirements before activating a paid listing.
