# **Minds — the digital brain of a real persona**

A Mind is a digital brain of a real or target persona built from public signals and psychological models. Users can create these AI personas quickly to simulate target audiences, clone specific experts, or build expert panels. The result is a reusable, data-backed persona that can answer research questions in context.

A Mind is a digital brain of a real or target persona. It answers the way that person would — grounded in their public history, their stated worldview, and a psychological profile built from personality, values, and buying behavior. Not a generic chatbot guess. A simulation.

## What makes a Mind accurate

Creating a Mind is not prompt engineering. Under the hood the platform runs roughly 100× deeper research across the public web than a single LLM call, then runs that evidence through real psychological models. The output has matched real human data at 80–95% accuracy without any manual cleanup.

That accuracy is what lets you ask a Mind _"would you pay €29/month for this?"_ and take the answer seriously.

## What you can do with Minds

- **Clone a specific person** — experts, customers, thought leaders, or yourself — from a LinkedIn URL, a website, or a persona doc.
- **Model a target audience** — a description like _"B2B CMO at a Series-B SaaS, 25–250 employees"_ is enough.
- **Build an expert panel** — a CFO, a legal advisor, a creative director you can consult on demand.
- **Simulate personas you'd never reach in a real study** — hard-to-recruit segments, competitors' customers, cross-cultural audiences.

## Where Minds live

Your Minds are listed in the sidebar and the Minds panel, in three sections:

- **Personal** — Minds you've created, visible only to you
- **Shared** — Minds shared with you by teammates
- **Public** — community-created Minds available to everyone

Search by name, expertise, or tag, and filter or sort the list from the toolbar.

## Creating a Mind

1. Click **New Mind** in the sidebar. The creation panel slides in.
2. Describe who the Mind should be (e.g. _"Sarah, CMO at a mid-market SaaS"_).
3. Optionally feed it more signal via the **File**, **Link**, and **Keyword** tabs:
   - A LinkedIn URL, website, or social profile
   - A PDF (persona doc, interview notes, research report)
   - Keywords that trigger web research
4. Hit **Create**. The system ingests the data, extracts the psychological signal, builds the profile, and generates a portrait, with sources and patterns streaming in live. Typically under a minute end-to-end, and it keeps building in the background if you close the panel.

Your Mind appears in **Personal**, ready to chat.

## Chatting with a Mind

Click any Mind and select **Chat** to open a one-on-one. From inside a group chat, click a Mind's name in a response to pull them out for a deep-dive while staying in the same conversation.

Use `@name` in a multi-Mind chat to direct a message at a specific persona; without a mention, all Minds respond.
